Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
(Matthew 28:19, 20)

(Jesus speaking) For i was an hungered, and ye gave me meat:  I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink:  I was a stranger, and ye took me in:  naked, and ye clothed me:  I was sick, and ye visited me:  I was in prison, and ye came unto me.  Then shall the righteous answer HIM, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungered, and fed thee?  Or thirsty, and gave thee drink?  When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in?  Or naked, and clothed thee?  Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee?  And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily, I say unto you, inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me (Matthew 25: 35-40, King James Version)

...BUT WHOSOEVER WILL BE GREAT AMONG YOU, LET HIM BE YOUR MINISTER;  AND WHOSOEVER WILL BE CHIEF AMONG YOU, LET HIM BE YOUR SERVANT (MATTHEW 20: 26-27, KING JAMES VERSION)

HEART REACH EFFORT TESTIMONIES

1. The Heart of Christ Outreach was able to, by God's grace, bless some children with a starter pack of school supplies for the new school year!  We give glory to God for being able to sow into the lives of precious children and young adults.  I encourage all of us to keep letting the heart of Christ reach out to others through us!

2.  The Heart of Christ Outreach was able to, by God's grace, feed many people at various homeless shelters for Thanksgiving and Christmas!  I thank God for all of you that gave in this effort!

"HEART"REACH EFFORTS

One of our ongoing "heart" reach efforts is to reach out to feed those that have no food.  Let's try our very best, family, to make contributions to a food bank or to sow money into a ministry or an organization that is being used by God to feed the hungry.  You may have someone right around you that is hungry.  Let the Lord direct you to them.  He knows where they are.  I also encourage you to sow into this ministry, as we are partners with Operation Smile, a homeless shelter, and ministries that are providing clean water overseas.  Our Lord is soon to return, and we must show his love to those that are in need of it.  Allow others to experience the heart of Christ through your kind and generous deeds!  We must remember that if it had not been for God's mercy, it could have been us!

XOXO, Dr. Christie

SERVING GOD..... SERVING MAN

Jesus is our highest example in all things, and it is an honor to be able to pattern our lives after his, by his grace.  In order to do that effectively, we must become more concerned with being a servant rather than being served.  This word is for the people that are more concerned with being great in God's eyes rather than in man's (Matthew 23:11).  What area is God calling you to serve in?  You may very well be serving in your local church, and that is wonderful, beloved.  I just want to submit to you today that the Lord may very well be calling you to reach out to others in other ways, as well.  Only you can seek God to know what those other areas of service may be for your life.  He could be calling you to help a local food pantry.  He could be calling you to take the time to share a kind word with an elderly person or a child on a more regular basis.  He could be calling you to help gather clothes for a women's shelter.  He could be calling you to sponsor a child through a feeding organization overseas.  Whatever he is calling you to do, please remember that there are few things that are more pleasing to the Lord than the heart and actions of one that loves him enough to become servanthood personified.

XOXO (GODLY HUGS AND KISSES),

DR. CHRISTIE CARSON
